Speakers:  Ms. Carr is the Vice President for Regulatory Affairs at the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC). In this position she is responsible for ensuring the NAHC membership is up to date with federal regulations and initiatives that impact the home health care industry. A key aspect of her responsibilities is to maintain liaison with federal regulators and other stakeholders to advocate for reasonable federal home health care polices.   Her 25 years of experience as a registered nurse includes work in the acute care, managed care, and home health care settings.  In the home health care setting, Ms. Carr held positions of Director of Quality Improvement, Manager of Staff Development and Employee Health, and Field RN. Ms. Carr holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Public Health.

Angela Huff is a managing consultant and team leader on the FORVIS home care and hospice team. With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, she has spent the last 20 years in executive leadership in home health, hospice operations, and software development in the post-acute space. As a consultant, she helps organizations optimize operational and financial outcomes by performing operations assessments and conducting compliance-focused reviews of home health and hospice documentation, including audits and appeals related to the OIG and program integrity contractors. Additionally, she has global experience in the community care space that includes United Kingdom, Finland, Canada and Australia.
