How to Attend Connect-Groups
If you are interested in attending any of the Connect-Groups, please email Kerri at email@example.com. Provide Kerri your name, agency, position title, phone number and email and indicate if you will be attending in-person or dialing in.
Attendance is free. Lunch cost is $10. All Connect-Groups will take place at the Axxess Home Care & Hospice Conference Center at AHHC of NC, unless otherwise noted, with a dial-in option.
